We do our best to despatch all orders as quickly as possible. Please note that almost all our items are handmade here at Ferret Couture headquarters and delivery may take a little longer for larger items such as bedding and bags.
- Most items are sent within 24 hours (Monday to Friday),
our average delivery times are 2 – 5 working
days. Please allow up to a week at Christmas.
If the item were out of stock please allow up to 28 days for delivery.
For special orders and items that are made to order please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery.
For an additional charge, items may be shipped via guaranteed next day delivery. Please contact customer service at info@ferretcouture.com for more information.
Merchandise is sent 1st class mail, special delivery and recorded delivery dependant on item value and weight.
Postage and packing is £3.95 for all UK packages.
For your protection, items are shipped using Royal Mail Signature Service. If someone will not be at your shipping location to sign for your package, we suggest you have your package shipped to your workplace, or a location where someone can sign for your package. If you would like your package to be left without a signature, please contact customer service at info@ferretcouture.com Please understand that Ferret Couture cannot be responsible for the loss or damage of packages delivered without a signature.

We will happily deliver to any international destination. We do our best to despatch all orders as quickly as possible. Most items are sent within 24 hours (Monday to Friday), average delivery times are 5 – 14 days, Please allow longer at Christmas.
If the item were out of stock please allow up to 28 days for delivery. For special orders and items that are made to order please allow up to 6 weeks for delivery.
Merchandise is sent via Royal Mail international signed for Postage and packing overseas is £9.95

Customers are responsible for any customs charges, which are assessed by each individual country at the time of delivery.

Return Policy:
If any Ferret Couture purchase fails to meet your expectations, simply return it to us in its original, unused condition and we will issue you with an exchange, credit note or refund.
Returns will be accepted as long as the item is returned to us within 10 days of purchase. A credit note will be issued if you are outside of the 10 days from despatch date. Items must be clean and free of animal residue or any signs of wear, or we may refuse to issue credit.
In order to return an item please contact customer service at info@ferretcouture.com to obtain a return number.
Our apologies, but we cannot accept returns or exchanges for custom orders.
